In the clearing where we first met, Carbuncle appeared once again. There, he explained a new task: to visit all the protocrystals and gather the elemental energy of the sleeping gods in order to strengthen Fenrir for a reading of fate. In order to do so, I would have to face the sleeping gods again, but this time they would wield more of their ancient power than I had ever seen.
